Last Updated: June 2026

Company Details: SheRoars Marketing LTD (Company No: 16249178), 463-465 High Street, Lincoln, LN5 8JB, United Kingdom (referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

The User: Any individual registering an account, participating in beta testing, or purchasing a membership on www.sheroarsinbusiness.com (referred to as "the Member", "Participant", or "you").

By ticking the box at registration and accessing the platform, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement under English law.

Part 1: Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

1.1 Beta Testing Terms (Applies to Beta Phase Participants Only)

If you are joining as a Beta Tester, you agree to test the SheRoars In Business platform, features, and community tools to identify errors and provide feedback via our designated forms. All platform architecture, "Perks Exchange" logic, pre-release designs, and proprietary training content are strictly confidential.

  • The Reward: In exchange for your active, constructive feedback, you will receive 18-Months Free Premium Business Membership.
  • No Obligation: Beta Testers are not required to input payment details to access the beta. At the end of the 18-month period, your free access will expire, and there is no obligation to convert to a paid plan. Your reward is strictly contingent upon your adherence to these confidentiality terms.

1.2 Community Boundaries and Account Usage

SheRoars in Business is a dedicated ecosystem built intentionally for women who are founders, co-owners, or in clear leadership positions within their enterprises. To keep our peer spaces safe, focused, and aligned with our core purpose, we have clear guidelines on who can access the platform.

Who is Eligible to Join?

  • Sole Female Founders: Women running their businesses independently.

  • Co-Run Businesses: Women who co-own or run an enterprise alongside a spouse, partner, or business partner (including husband-and-wife teams).

  • Women in Leadership: Women sitting on a board of directors or managing an organization (including Limited Companies, CICs, or Charities).

  • Trans People: Trans people are welcome into our community, within the roles stated above. (Our space is designed to tackle the boundaries women face in business and help support business growth for women. We openly welcome the trans community who also face the same or similar barriers in business)

Account Access and Privacy Boundaries

The community platform, social spaces, and networking events are exclusively for the woman registered on the account.

  • No Shared Sign-Ins: If you co-run your business with a man (or employ men within your team), they must not sign into your SheRoars account, post in the community hubs, or access the private digital spaces. The online platform is a strictly women-only environment to allow for open, comfortable peer support.

How Your Entire Business Can Benefit

While the community platform is private to you, the utility of your membership belongs to your whole business.

Once you download editable assets, contracts, policies, or business templates from our Resource Library, they become your property. Your business partner, co-directors, or staff—regardless of gender—can freely use, view, and implement those downloaded resources to help run and structure the day-to-day operations of your business.

1.3 Community & Peer-to-Peer Confidentiality (Applies to All Members)

SheRoars In Business is a collaborative space built on trust. To protect your business and those of your peers, you agree to the following:

  • Confidential Information: Any sensitive business developments, challenges, financial data, marketing concepts, or personal strategies shared by other members within our community spaces (including training sessions, forums, workshops, and messaging tools) are strictly confidential.
  • Non-Disclosure: You must not share, copy, screenshot, video-record, or discuss another member’s confidential business info outside of the platform without their explicit written consent.
  • Non-Use & Fair Competition: You strictly agree that you will not use any information, insights, or insider developments gained through community discussions to gain a commercial advantage, copy business models, or compete unfairly against another community member.

1.4 Company Intellectual Property

All training materials, worksheets, video courses, templates, policies, and resources provided by the Company or its guest experts are protected by UK copyright laws. You are granted a limited, personal license to use these for your own business development. You are strictly prohibited from replicating, reselling, or distributing this content outside the platform.

Part 2: Membership Subscriptions & Billing

2.1 Rolling Monthly Subscriptions

Paid memberships are billed on a rolling monthly basis via Stripe. By providing your card details, you authorise the Company to automatically renew your membership and deduct the monthly fee on your recurring billing date until you cancel.

2.2 Immediate Access & Cancellation Policy

Because membership grants you immediate access to downloadable resources, templates, and digital policies, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following in line with UK digital content regulations:

  • Waiver of Cooling-Off Period: You agree that by accessing the digital vault immediately upon registration, you waive any statutory 14-day cancellation or refund period.
  • Cancellation Terms: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect from the next billing period. No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for the current, active billing month, and you will retain access to the platform until that paid month concludes.

Part 3: Community Code of Conduct

3.1 Zero-Tolerance Discrimination Policy

SheRoars In Business is dedicated to building women and trans people up across all backgrounds, education levels, and career tiers. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy against:

  • Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia, sexism and Ableism.
  • Any form of discrimination, hate speech, or "punching down" at minority communities.
  • This is a trans welcoming space and all trans people are welcome here.

3.2 Constructive Space & Moderation

We welcome constructive advice, peer support, and uplifting collaboration. We do not tolerate destructive criticism, bullying, harassment, or negative discord. The community spaces are actively moderated.

The Company reserves the sole right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any membership, revoke platform access, and cancel rewards (including the Beta 18-month Free reward) without refund if a member is deemed by the SheRoars Team to be causing harm, creating toxic division, or breaching this Code of Conduct.

Part 4: "Roary" AI Agent & Community Data Policy

4.1 Nature of the AI System

The platform utilises a custom-built, private AI agent named Roary, developed exclusively by SheRoars Marketing LTD. Roary operates as a computer program within a highly controlled, partitioned environment on our platform.

4.2 Core Functions

Roary serves two primary purposes:

  1. Business Assistant: Trained on the SheRoars community knowledge base, resources, and training courses to provide specific, tailored support aligned with your business needs and accessibility requirements. (Use of Roary as an assistant is entirely optional).
  2. Community Moderator & Navigator: Roary automatically reviews public community discussions to maintain our safety standards, flag inappropriate content or conduct breaches, and help users find relevant resources, training, or business contacts based on their posted queries.

4.3 Data Privacy, Security & Ethics

By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept how Roary and the platform process data:

  • Cognitive Processing: Roary utilises OpenAI's API for cognitive processing architecture.
  • Data Partitioning: All knowledge training, platform data, and community interactions are strictly contained within a secure, partitioned silo unique to SheRoars. Your inputs will never be used by OpenAI or any third party to train external models, and your data will never leave the secure boundary of the SheRoars In Business environment.
  • Ethical Framework: Roary is hardcoded to operate within a strict regulatory and ethical framework designed to protect user safety, privacy, and community guidelines.

4.4 Personal vs. Anonymised Data & Our Mission

In compliance with UK data protection laws (including UK GDPR), we handle data under two distinct categories:

  • Your Personalised Data (Strictly Private): All identifiable data, specific business details, private inputs to Roary, and account details remain entirely confidential. We will never sell, share, or expose your personalised information to third parties.
  • Anonymised & Aggregated Data (Community Growth & Funding): The Company reserves the right to collect, analyse, and aggregate fully anonymised data regarding community trends, common business challenges, growth metrics, and industry sectors. Because this data is stripped of all personal identifiers and cannot be traced back to you or your specific business, it sits outside personal data restrictions.
  • The Purpose: We use these high-level, anonymised insights to direct the growth of the support and training offered on the platform. Furthermore, we use this aggregate data to campaign for, champion, and secure increased funding, grants, and commercial opportunities for women-led businesses across the United Kingdom.

Part 5: Legal Disclaimers & Jurisdiction

5.1 Limitation of Liability

The platform, including its pre-release "Beta" features and the Roary AI tool, is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, the Company is not liable for technical interruptions, data loss, or the real-world outcomes of business advice implemented from the community or the AI tool.

5.2 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
