Company Name: SheRoars Marketing Limited
Company Number: 16249178
Registered Office: SheRoars Marketing, 463-465 High Street, Lincoln LN5 8JB
In these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”), “SheRoars In Business,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to SheRoars Marketing Limited.
1.2 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Service, including signing up for any membership tier, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not access or use the Service. These T&Cs may be updated by us from time to time.
2. Membership Structure and Payment
2.1 Membership Tiers and Fees
We offer three standard membership tiers: Spark, Flame, and Roar, each with its own features, access levels, and associated fees, as detailed on the SheRoars In Business website.
Currency: All fees are stated in Great British Pounds (GBP).
Payment Cycle: You may choose to pay membership fees on a monthly or annual basis.
European Members: We welcome members based outside the UK, but all fees remain payable in GBP.
2.2 Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Auto-Renewal: Your membership will be set to automatically renew at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annually).
Cancellation: You must cancel your subscription before the new billable period begins to prevent the next payment from being taken.
Cancellation Process: Subscriptions must be cancelled by the user via the dedicated “Membership Subscription” section within the web platform account area.
2.3 Special Membership Conditions
Spark (Concession) Rate: The £10 per month concession rate is for a fixed period of 12 months. Extensions beyond 12 months are not the norm and will be granted solely on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Beta/Free Memberships: Free memberships (such as for beta testers or invitees) are granted for a specific duration (e.g., 6 months) at the sole discretion of SheRoars In Business. Upon expiration, the member must subscribe to a paid tier or their access will be terminated.
2.4 Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable. Once your membership has started and payment has been processed, you cannot obtain any refunds (full or partial), regardless of the billing cycle (monthly or annual).
3. Intellectual Property and Content Use
3.1 SheRoars In Business IP (Our Content)
All content provided to you through the Service, including but not limited to training courses, skill swaps, templates, resources, branding, and platform software, is the sole Intellectual Property (IP) of SheRoars Marketing Limited.
Permitted Use (Templates/Resources): Members are granted a non-exclusive license to use the templates and resource materials for their own use and business use only. Members may customise these documents (e.g., change branding, company name, address) to personalise documents like suggested business plans or T&Cs for use within their own business.
Prohibited Use: Members must not re-brand, re-sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise profit from the resources or courses provided by SheRoars In Business. SheRoars In Business holds the creative license and copyright for all resources and courses.
3.2 Penalty for Misuse of IP
A copyright fee of £150 per day will be charged to any business or individual found to be re-using, re-selling, or re-purposing our resources or documents for personal or business profit. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover damages and fees.
3.3 User-Generated Content (UGC)
A. General Social Content
Posts, comments, and media made by members in the social spaces of the platform are owned by the users who created them and may be deleted by the user at any point.
Upon Termination: When a member leaves the community, old posts, comments, or media may still show in historical content unless the member deletes them prior to leaving. It is the individual member’s responsibility to delete any old posts if this is a concern.
B. Submitted Content (Perks/Resources)
License Grant: By submitting resources, training courses, or perks as part of the Roar tier membership, the contributing member grants SheRoars Marketing Limited a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to continue using, hosting, and displaying this content indefinitely within the community, even if the contributing member leaves the community.
Branding & Ownership: Submitted content will retain the original business branding and will not be claimed or re-packaged as content produced by SheRoars In Business. The contributing business will be considered paid for this content license via the discounted membership price received.
Promotional Use: SheRoars In Business and SheRoars Marketing Limited reserve the right to use highlights of any submitted materials in their joint advertising and marketing of the Service. We will never claim the property as our own or produced by us.
Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove any submitted resources or courses at our own discretion if they are deemed to be misleading, incorrect, or in copyright infringement of other sources.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1 Perks Card and Third-Party Products
The Member-only perks and discounts, including the Perks Card service, are provided by third-party community members and businesses.
Disclaimer: SheRoars In Business and SheRoars Marketing Limited do not take any personal or professional responsibility for any of the membership perks, products, or services provided by these third-party community members. We hold no responsibility or legal obligation over these external products, services, or any damages or issues that may arise from their use. We act solely as a facilitator for these offers. However, we request members inform us as soon as an issue occurs, and we will look into the matter and act accordingly to remedy the situation or remove the perk from the service.
5.2 “Ask the Expert” Clinics and Advice
Disclaimer: Advice given in “Ask the Expert” clinics, strategy sessions, and co-working sessions is for general advice, guidance, and support only. It is not a substitute for formal, professional, or regulated advice (such as from a licensed accountant, solicitor, or medical professional) tailored to your specific circumstances. While community professionals may offer brief chats, any need for in-depth, specific, or regulated professional services must be sought through a separate, fee-based engagement with the professional, not through the Service.
5.3 Business Results
Disclaimer: We provide the tools, resources, and community to assist your growth journey. However, SheRoars In Business does not guarantee any specific business results, financial success, income, or outcomes from using the platform, courses, or resources. Your success is dependent on your own efforts, skills, and market conditions.
5.4 Technology and Availability
We will always endeavour to return the site to full service as quickly as possible following any interruption. However:
Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge that the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors outside of our control. SheRoars In Business and SheRoars Marketing Limited shall have limited liability for service interruptions.
Remuneration and Force Majeure: Renumeration or compensation may only be considered if the site is down for a period exceeding 24 hours and the outage is demonstrably the direct result of an error or failure on the part of SheRoars In Business or SheRoars Marketing Limited. Compensation will not be considered for outages caused by external forces, which include, but are not limited to:
Failures or downtime of third-party service providers (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors).
General internet backbone failures or widespread regional outages.
Issues arising from a member’s individual lack of internet connection, poor connection quality, or equipment failure.
Acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.
Discretion: Any decision to offer compensation will be made at our sole discretion.
6. Governing Law
